Our resident pastry chef and sugar artist, Virginia Canales, started as a hobbyist more than 15 years ago.
After working thru many recipes to perfect her lollipop, she developed one that would Wow her customers.
The Foto-pop was created embedding a picture into a sugar mixture instead of chocolate, thus creating a confection that would stand thru even the warmest of summers.
Our sugar delights can be shipped locally or
internationally and still be fresh for such special events.
